We primarily use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in our sessions. CBT is a talking therapy that has been proven to help treat a wide range of common emotional problems. CBT focuses on the here and now, exploring how we think about situations and how this affects the way we feel and act. Our sessions will help you learn how to make changes your behaviour or your thinking patterns so that you can start to feel better.
