Who we are, what we do and how we can help you

Connect Psychology is a newly developed service that specialises in supporting people with common mental health problems living in the Bristol and South Gloucestershire area. We are based in the heart of Bristol City Centre and are a small friendly team of experienced professionals who will help you learn how to manage your feelings to make improvements in your life.

We provide Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which aims to explore how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours are affecting your mood and day-to-day life. Our therapists will aim to help you create goals that are important to you and will make your experience with Connect Psychology tailor made to suit your needs.
